In the construction sector, the sizes and importance of projects vary clearly, as does the use of the facilities themselves. We find that each facility has its own use and importance, and this is what requires taking into account the importance of the facility during design, especially when designing facilities that are resistant to wind loads and earthquakes, which are tall and strategic buildings.
